The centre of
Prague is about
10km.
How can you get to
the centre
of Prague from us and back?
1. By the Metro
- the Metro
station is "LUKA on the line B", which is only about 500m away. You can
reach the centre in about 15 min. The connection is easy, quick and
comfortable.
Train intervals are short, every 3-5 min., and outside the rush-hour
about
10 min. The Metro operates from 5.00 a.m. to midnight. To reach
the
historical centre, we recommend to get off at Narodni trida, Mustek, or
Namesti Republiky.
2. By bus and tram
- the bus
station is about 200m away. Take the bus number 174 which
it
will take you directly to the Prague castle. You can either choose to
visit
the castle, or get on the tram number 22 and continue into the centre
of
the city. The bus journey is about 20 min., and the tram to take you
into
the centre about 15. Min.
3. Night
connection
- the tram number 54 or 58 will take you to the Metro
station
"ANDEL", where you change for the bus number 508. This will take
you to "Amforova", which is about 200m from the camp.
4. You can
travel by car,
cycle, or take a taxi (price is about 300CZK). We recommend
to use the Metro or the bus.
